The HR Club National Conference is the most important human resources event of the year, gathering over 400 HR professionals, managers and entrepreneurs.
The first HR Club National Conference, having as a theme “Human Resources Challenge in Romania: Organizational Development”, took place on May 24th, 2006. Since then, 13 editions of the Conference have taken place, with world-renowned HR guests such as Marshall Goldsmith, Dave Ulrich, Daniel Pink, Charles Handy, Hal Gregersen, Isaac Getz, Erin Meyer, Tudor Havriliuc, Charles Green, Bjarte Bogsnes, Paul Evans, Maury Peiperl, and others.
The most recent edition of the Conference, "Smart Work Conference", took place online on October 28, 2021 and proposed 4 sessions built on the 3 pillars of the HR Club community agenda in 2021: Leadership & Culture in New Reality; Digital Transformation; Workplace Experience & Wellbeing.
