Starting from a need expressed by HR Club members, in 2013 we formed HR professionals' industry-oriented practice communities. In building these communities, we started from the general basic principles of a community: 

• field of interest: all the members of an HR Club practice community have the same field of interest, working in companies from the same industry (eg: retail, production, banking etc.);

• community: the members engage in common activities and discussions, help each other and share information, build relations that help them learn from each other;

• practice: the members of an HR Club practice community are human resources practitioners who share HR experience, tools and practices.

Until now, we hosted practice communities meetings in the following industries: Production; Banking and Insurance; Telecom, IT&C and BPO; Retail; FMCG; Utilities; Pharma.
