Important Announcement for HR Professionals: HR Club launches the first national HR Certification System

By HR CLUB on 13 June 2017

HR Club, the Association for HR Professionals in Romania, launched the first 100% Romanian HR Certification System. It was created by experienced professionals and targets three levels of seniority: generalist, integrator and strategist. The first certification session will be held in Bucharest, between June 12-16, 2017.

This certification, recognized by the members of the HR Club Community, will offer HR professionals not only an insight into their level of mastery of the most relevant competencies that guarantee success in  this field, but also a guide for their future development.

The certification exam is based on case studies inspired by real-life scenarios from multinational and Romanian companies, designed to evaluate the applied professional competencies rather than theoretical knowledge.

"HR specialists at different stages of their career development can sign up, starting with the middle of May, for the first HR Club certification session.

We are very proud to launch this Certification System which is based on the HR Competency Model that HR Club introduced in 2016, an ambition that the community has had ever since its establishment in 2004.

We believe this is another important step for our professional association: last year we defined the Competency Model for our profession built on 3 levels of seniority and we now have the tool that allows every HR professional to evaluate their level of competence", says Dana Cavaleru, the Executive Director of HR Club.

The full description of the HR Club Certification System can be found on the dedicated page on the HR Club website (in Romanian).
