Another new aspect of this edition of the Excellence Awards Gala is the fact that we will have a special jury composed of representatives of the Generation Z.
We continue to offer different awards related to the size of the organization on every HR projects category. Therefore, we will award companies with a maximum of 499 employees and companies with over 500 employees. We wish to recognize not only the large organizations with complex HR processes, but also the projects implemented in smaller companies that have a proven impact in the business.
