The HR Club community from Cluj-Napoca gathers again on May 11th, from 14.45, at BCR HQ, situated on Baritiu Street, no. 10-12, 5 floor, in Cluj-Napoca.

The theme chosen for this meeting: staff retention techniques. We will discuss the different techniques used in your companies, like Stay Interview and others. If there are other topics you would like to be approached in this meeting, about which you want to learn more from others, or you want to share more with us, we await your suggestions to forward them to the other participants.
