10:15-10:45 | The economic potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence: the next frontier of productivity – McKinsey Study, June 2023 – Mariana Miron and Jan Bouly, McKinsey
The McKinsey Report is first look at where business value could accrue and the potential impacts on the workforce. With a potential economic impact of USD ~3 trillion, the size of UK’s entire economy, Generative AI’s effect on productivity is profound. The report, presented by Mariana Miron si Jan Bouly, explores how it applies in practice.

10:45-11:15 | The STELL*R model of organizational culture transformation – Adrian Florea, Trend Consult
The STELL*R model for transforming organizational culture, which Adrian will present during the Share session, starts with the observation that the results of an organization typically stem from the habits of the individuals within it, from how things are done around here. The culture of an organization, which is the totality of repeated behaviors and the sum of people's habits, has an impact on any of its outcomes, whether positive or negative, tangible or intangible.

The online session addresses the topic of macro trends shaping the future workforce, barriers and strategies in the context of industry transformation, emerging and declining job opportunities, emerging and declining skills. We will learn about the specific trends for Romania that shape job creation perspectives, emerging and declining skills for Romania, successful practices for increasing talent availability, skilling and upskilling tactics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

12:40-13:00 | Joblandia through the eyes of teachers and high school students – Teacher Octavia Popescu Gavrila and students from Tudor Vianu National College
Why Joblandia? "Since the beginning of high school, we've been facing questions like 'What do you want to study after high school?' or 'What job do you want to have?'. But many of us don't know how to answer and feel bad about it. The session, which will be conducted in English, will be built around the 5 Cs, the foundation of Team Coaching:

- Connecting: Spreading enthusiasm and message beyond the island of the team.

- A panel discussion moderated by Mihaela Ionita - Head of HR ING Bank Romania, featuring Peter Hawkins, Madi Radulescu - President of ICF Romania, and Vlad Dutescu - President of EMCC Romania, where we will answer the following questions:
- What are the situations in which Team Coaching is needed in an organization?
- When can we expect results after starting a team coaching process?
- What is the role of HR in facilitating a team coaching process in an organization?
Speakers

Andrea Voinea's name is linked to two of the largest human resources transformations in the Romanian economy, being mandated by Erste Group, shareholder of BCR, and OMV, shareholder of Petrom, to lead the integration and transformation of human resources of the two companies.
With extensive international experience, Andreea has worked for companies in London, New York and Brussels, holding positions such as Head of Reward, Group Central Functions at Barclays Plc London; Senior Consultant for Perrin Towers in London, New York and Brussels; as well as the position of Associate Director in the division of Global Equities for Deutsche Bank Securities New York.
Andreea graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and the MBA program of Tulane University, A. B. Freeman School of Business in the United States. Currently, Andreea is the President of HR Club Romania and a founding member of the Romanian Education Trust and Romanian Business Club in the UK.

Dan Bucsa is Chief CEE Economist at UniCredit Bank AG in London. He joined the bank in September 2012, transferring from UniCredit Bank Romania where he was the chief economist.
Before joining the private sector, Dan taught at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and worked in the Macroeconomic Modelling and Forecasting Department of the National Bank of Romania, where he was involved in developing the forecasting framework used in inflation targeting.
Dan holds a PhD in Macroeconomics and an MSc in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Mariana Miron is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Bucharest office, focused on Growth, Marketing and Sales across service industries.

Jan Bouly is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Brussels office. Jan has extensive experience in Banking, where he has already applied GenAI use cases.

At the intersection of education, brand marketing and technology, you'll find her, leading the innovative projects of Grow with Google in Romania. From digital skills initiatives for individuals to platforms empowering users with cutting-edge knowledge, and from fostering the growth of small to medium-sized businesses and startups to advocating for online safety and responsible AI, she navigates this realm of great projects to grow the local digital economy. She has been volunteering since her earliest student days, and a highlight during that time was participating in the HR Club Summer Program in 2019.

Adrian Florea si-a inceput cariera ca Sales Executive intr-o multinationala si a devenit rapid manager al echipei de vanzari. In 2000, a fondat impreuna cu un asociat Trend Consult, una dintre primele companii de consultanta si training din tara, aducand in Romania formatul invatarii experientiale. In prezent, se concentreaza pe training si consultanta cu echipe de board.
Misiunea sa personala este sa ajute echipele de management, atat din structuri private cat si publice, sa creeze culturi constructive si sanatoase, pentru a atinge rezultatele dorite, fara sa-si trateze angajatii ca pe niste simple resurse umane. In paralel, sprijina mici startupuri pornite din pasiune.
Interesul sau pentru cultura de organizatie a condus la contributii in proiecte de transformare a culturilor organizationale, dezvoltand propria abordare in domeniu. In auto-izolare in timpul pandemiei din 2020, a sistematizat ideile sale intr-un model sintetic si accesibil: STELL*R. Prin cartea sa, isi propune sa faca accesibila abordarea pentru toti cei in masura sa produca o schimbare in cultura organizatiei lor.

Ricky Li is an Insight Product Specialist at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. She leads the global flagship surveys, creates data-based insights including the Future of Jobs Report and the Global Gender Gap Report, and manages metrics partnerships on the socio-economic agenda at the World Economic Forum.

Dr. Mark Rayner is responsible for the World Economic Forum's portfolio of insights products relating to Education, Skills and Learning. A lead author of the Future of Jobs Report 2023, he previously worked as a physicist and scientific journalist at CERN and the University of Geneva.

Robert Avram is a first-year student at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Bucharest, specializing in Sociology (in English). In recent years, he has dedicated his life to activism in the field of education, representing students and serving as the President of the National Student Council from 2022 to 2023. Subsequently, Robert joined the Romanian Youth Delegation to the United Nations as an External Affairs Advisor, and starting from June 2023, he has been working as an intern at the Ministry of Education - Minister's Cabinet.
Robert believes that young people are a true force, and it is society's duty to ensure that their voices are not only heard but also listened to, as they are the future leaders of the communities they are a part of. Future skills have always been a priority for Robert Avram, who, as an ambassador for the Joblandia Program initiated by HR Club, advocated for close collaboration between schools and the business environment to better integrate young people into the job market by adapting school activities to the real needs of society.

Ari Pokka is an education policy maker, secondary school principal and author. As a former President of the Finnish Association of School Principals and international Confederation of Principals, Ari is one of the best-known educators in Finland and abroad. Just right now Ari is working as a CEO of Finnish Education Institute ltd.
Having experience of managing and developing education in Finland for over 25 years, most recently on the development of Finnish upper Secondary level legislation and quality assurance program, he has an international consultancy and advisory profile which spans many countries.
This has been partly driven by his interests in Finnish school leadership and management, innovation and quality assurance. In 2015 an English language version of his authored book Top Class - Finnish School Leadership and Management was published. Top Class has been also published in Ukraine at 2017. During 2021 Top Class has been published in China and 2022 in Romania
Passionate about realizing the potential of all students, Ari Pokka's career has been instrumental in developing the school as profound professional community where aspirations are nurtured targets met, and achievements celebrated.
Year 2019 Ari worked in Edu Cluster Finland to build up the first Finnish International High School in Doha, Qatar. Same time he`s making consultancy for other Finnish high School projects in Arabian continent. Currently Ari is working in Romania, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Ukraine to establish national principal`s standards and training system and education development.
During his career he has been strongly involved nationwide curriculum work, legislation and education funding, principals and teacher qualification and in-service training and learning environments developing. His international and national education network is extremely large. Ari Pokka is co-founder of Finnish Education Institute Ltd. Company has concentrated education export in the field of evaluation, curriculum and principals and teachers training. President of Finnish Republic, Mr Sauli Niinistö, awarded him as an Education Counsellor in 2022.

Octavia Popescu Gavrila a absolvit in anul 2008 Facultatea de Litere, sectia Germana- Engleza, din cadrul Universitatii Babes-Bolyai, Cluj Napoca. De atunci si pana in prezent, preda limba germana moderna la clasele V-XII.
Fiind preocupata mereu de parcursul si evolutia elevilor, se implica activ in diverse activitati si proiecte, atat scolare si extrascolare. Nu spune "nu" niciunei provocari si este mereu langa copii, atunci cand au nevoie.
"Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself" este citatul pe care il reaminteste mereu elevilor sai. Octavia este un adevarat ambasador al proiectului Joblandia, fiind unul dintre profesorii care au organizat cele mai multe vizite cu elevii la companiile inscrise pe platforma.

Peter Hawkins is Chairman of Renewal Associates and joint founder and Dean of the Global Team Coaching Institute. is one of the Global top 100 coaches and the international thought leader in systemic coaching, executive teams, and board development. He is an Emeritus Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Honorary President of the Academy of Executive Coaching and Senior Fellow and Advisor to the Singapore Government.
Peter has been coaching since 1978 and has pioneered and developed the four areas Coaching Supervision, Systemic Team Coaching and Systemic Coaching and ecological and climate conscious coaching, with individuals, through research, writing key books and chapters, and teaching and supervising coaches in over 100 countries around the world.
He has been a keynote speaker at many international conferences on learning organization, leadership, and executive coaching and teaches and leads masterclasses in Systemic Team Coaching in over 50 different countries.
He is the author of many best-selling books and papers in the fields of leadership, board and team coaching, systemic coaching, supervision, and organizational transformation, including Leadership Team Coaching, Kogan Page 2021 (4th ed); Leadership Team Coaching in Practice, Kogan Page 2022 (3rd ed); Systemic Coaching: Delivering value beyond the Individual. (Routledge 2020, with Eve Turner); Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision, Skills and Development (McGraw Hill 2013, with Nick Smith); Creating a Coaching Culture, 2012; and The Wise Fool’s Guide to Leadership, O Books, 2005, Ecological and Climate Conscious Coaching Routledge 2022,with Alison Whybrow, Eve Turner, Josie McClean. He is now busy working on a new book for Routledge on “Beauty in Life, Leadership and Coaching” and a book with Professor Salome Van Coller on “Coaching the Team of Teams”.
Peter was joint founder, in 1986, of Bath Consultancy Group and its chairman until the company was sold in 2010 and has chaired three other company boards as well as being a trustee director of several charities.
Peter Hawkins has consulted to a wide range of governments departments, regional councils and leading commercial, financial and professional organizations including Fortune 500 and FtSE 100 international companies. He has led Partner development programmes for all of the Big four consultancy programmes in many countries of the world and helped many organisations develop their coaching strategy and internal coaching communities.
He now supervises and mentors many coaching and consultancy businesses internationally as well as running international trainings and masterclasses.
He lives on the edge of Bath UK with 37 acres which he shares, with many animals and trees as well as his children and grandchildren and leaders who come on courses and retreats.

Madi Radulescu reprezinta ICF Romania in calitate de presedinte in mandatul 2023 - 2024. Este coach, MCC, ACTC cu peste 30 ani in industria de dezvoltare manageriala si de leadership din Romania si cu peste 13 ani de experienta in coachingul executiv si de echipa. Incepand cu 2021 este voluntar ICF si alaturi de echipa de voluntari si de Boardul ICF Romani promoveaza standardele ICF Global si codul de etica pentru a intari credibilitatea si vizibilitatea profesiei de coach.

Coach, mentor, team coach si supervizor, Vlad este Managing Partner pentru Sandler Romania, expert in business coaching, leadership development, sales management si team development. Este Presedintele EMCC Romania si reprezinta asociatia profesionala locala in Consiliul General al EMCC Global. EMCC este organizatia de referinta in mentoring, coaching, team coaching, supervizare si programe organizationale, fiind una dintre cele doua cele mai mari organizatii ce asigura reglementarea in domeniu, prin Acordul semnat la nivel european, Codul Global de Etica si standarde de competenta distincte.
Ca voluntar, Vlad mai este implicat in activitati de sustinere a pacientilor si co-fondator al initiativei Coaching & Mentoring Festival. Scopul sau este sa contribuie cu tot ceea ce stie si poate in educatie, sanatate, inovare, antreprenoriat si dezvoltarea carierelor. Mihaela is an HR professional, with over 15 years of local and international experience with multinational companies recognized for good HR practices. Her career began in the field of business consulting, with Deloitte and KPMG. She later joined Xerox Romania, where she made the transition from consulting to business and HR. In 2013, she accepted an international challenge and became People Services Manager for Coca Cola HBC Business Services Organization, followed by Country HR Manager for Romania at Coca Cola HBC, and Head of HR at Lidl Romania.
Mihaela joined ING Bank Romania in January 2023 as Head of Human Resources. As she describes herself, Mihaela is passionate about the development of organizations through partnership with business colleagues and by nurturing an open, collaborative, and high performing culture.

Celebrul violonist roman contemporan, Alexandru Tomescu (nascut in 1976), intruneste, in constiinta publicului, amprenta unei vocatii si a unui destin artistic, dublate de o energie putin obisnuita pentru a le traduce in fapta si, in plus, cu sansa de a canta pe o vioara Stradivarius Elder-Voicu, Obiect de Patrimoniu National, Categoria Tezaur.
Dintre numeroasele competitii nationale si internationale castigate trebuie mentionate Concursul „Paganini“ (Genova, 1995), Concursul „Marguerite Long – Jacques Thibaud“ (Paris, 1999) si Concursul „George Enescu“ (1999).
A concertat sub bagheta unor dirijori importanti, intre care Kurt Masur si Valery Gergiev, Vasilii Petrenko, alaturi de pianisti precum Valentina Lisitsa si Eduard Kunz, in sali celebre ca Berliner Philharmoniker, Carnegie Hall, Concertgebouw, Théatre des Champs-Élysées. A inregistrat pentru posturi de radio si televiziune romanesti, dar si din Anglia, Franta, Elvetia, Germania, Olanda, Polonia, SUA si a realizat numeroase imprimari pe CD, dintre care se cuvin amintite Alexandru Tomescu at Moscow (cu concerte de Paganini si Mendelssohn), Romanian Piano Trio (trei discuri cu lucrari camerale de Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, alaturi de Horia Mihail si Razvan Suma), Simply Mozart (patru concerte mozartiene sub bagheta lui Horia Andreescu) sau Ad Libitum – Primus (cvartete de Beethoven, Haydn, Sibelius, cu Alexandru Tomescu la vioara I).
Violonistul continua sa concerteze in zeci de localitati din tara, cu programe care au cuprins cateva integrale-eveniment pentru viata muzicala romaneasca, asociind uneori recitalul cu secvente inedite de performance: cele 24 de capricii ale lui Paganini, cele sase sonate pentru vioara solo de Ysaÿe, sonatele si partitele pentru vioara solo de Bach, sonatele pentru vioara si pian de Prokofiev si integrala lucrarilor pentru vioara si pian de Enescu (cu Eduard Kunz la pian). Totodata, continua sa concerteze si sa duca sunetul Viorii Stradivarius Elder-Voicu si prestigiul scolii romanesti de muzica, dar si talentul unic pe care il are, pe toate scenele mari ale lumii. O parte din aceste programe au fost inregistrate pe CD-uri si DVD-uri care s-au bucurat de un mare succes: Paganini 24/24, Stradivarius Obsesii, Bach to Basics, Integrala Sonatelor pentru Vioara si pian George Enescu sau Sonata pentru vioara solo de Bela Bartok.
Alexandru Tomescu – Violonist – este Solist Concertist al Orchestrei Radio Romania si considera ca neconventionalul, ca imbinare intre profesionalism si inovatie este cheia pentru a ajunge la publicul larg, drept pentru care a devenit protagonistul unor evenimente–pilot in lumea muzicala romaneasca: a cantat pe vioara Stradivarius intr-o statie de metrou, pentru a dovedi ca exista o insemnata receptivitate pentru muzica de calitate; a cantat intr-o padure pentru a milita impotriva exploatarii irationale a domeniului forestier. Totodata violonistul se implica in actiuni sociale si de interes public, iar cel mai important proiect, pe care il deruleaza de sase ani, este seria de activitati culturale si educationale existente la Academia de Muzica si Arte frumoase „George Enescu” de la Mihaileni/jud. Botosani. Aici au loc an de an o serie de Masterclass-uri pentru tinerii muzicieni vioara si viola, impreuna cu violistul Cristian Andris, care traiesc si studiaza in tara si strainatate, dar si pentru tinerii din zona Mihaileni/Botosani, Suceava, Iasi, Piatra-Neamt, in cadrul proiectului “ENESCU EXPERIENCE”, organizate de Fundatia Culturala “Remember Enescu”, a carui Presedinte este.
Din anul 2020- Alexandru Tomescu devine profesor la Universitatea de Vest din Timisoara- Facultatea de Muzica si Teatru. In 2021- devine Profesor la Universitatea de Muzica din Bucuresti.
