Master Class Lynda Gratton - Future of Work & Future of HR
Change can not (nor should) be avoided ..

... we just need to be prepared for it and to know how to prepare the members of our team for it.
In this Master Class session, we will explore together with Lynda the two defining roles of HR - to prepare the HR function for the future and to prepare the entire organization for the future.
About the Master Class
In this Masterclass, we explore two of the defining roles HR must play to future proof not only the function, but also the business as a whole.
First, HR has an essential role to play in ensuring it is clear to the company what the future of work will look like, amplifying business performance. To this end, Lynda Gratton will take participants through the key trends that will shape the future of work and help ensure their organisation will remain capable of attracting the right talent.
Second, HR must review their own function and how it contributes to building a high-performance organisation. The two pillars of this are:
1. Simplifying work, eliminating the ‘sunset’ processes and practices that obstruct high performance and serve only to deplete people’s time and energy.
2. Becoming the architect and guardian of Employee Experience, ensuring that the values of the organisation are communicated through signature processes and that every touch point with an employee – from recruitment to performance management – reflects the company’s purpose.
This Masterclass will provide delegates with inspired thinking alongside practical actions to ensure the HR function makes a direct impact on future business performance. The Masterclass will include an inspirational keynote and interactive exercises as well as ample opportunity for sharing good practices among participants.
