You would definitely like to work in a constructive organization. Be part of your organization's transformation!

Human Synergistics Romania launched in September 2021 a new National Research on the subject of Organizational Culture and Leadership in Romania.

The research we will carry out will address 3 areas of interest:
  • What leaders want and how they promote their leadership philosophy ;
  • What employees say about the culture of their organizations;
  • How would the employees, ideally, want their job to be.
All the data collected from HR Club member organizations were aggregated in a community profile and will be presented during this session by Iuliana Stan, Managing Partner - Human Synergistics Romania.

The Future of Work in the Age of COVID-19 | Keynote speech by Daniel Susskind | 14:30 - 15:45

This talk explores the future of work, drawing on Daniel Susskind's best-selling books, The Future of the Professions (2015; 2017) and A World Without Work (2020; 2021). Traditionally, many people have imagined that only blue-collar workers are challenged by automation; yet white collar-workers are now within reach as well. In the future, we will neither need nor want professionals -- architects, designers, lawyers, doctors, accountants, teachers, architects, the clergy, consultants, and many others -- to work as they did in the 20th century. In this pragmatic and optimistic talk, Daniel Susskind explains why, and sets out how we can all prepare to flourish in the decades to come.

THE CEO WHISPERER - Special session with Manfred Kets de Vries | 10:00 - 11:15

At this critical junction in the history of humankind, leaders that are proficient in magical thinking aren’t going to solve our problems. We need leaders who can resist the calls of regression and whose outlook is firmly based in reality. We need reflective leaders who are prepared to make an inward bound journey; who are willing to face their strengths and weaknesses; and who use their own experiences as a developmental tool in order to build new understandings. In other words, we need leaders who pay attention to not only what’s happening above the surface but also what’s happening below the surface.

In this Q & A session with Georgeta Dendrino, Manfred Kets de Vries explores the pitfalls of leadership and the challenges for the professionals who work with senior executives in today’s cyber space environment. He will not only discuss what makes leaders derail but also what can make them more effective.

Participants can buy the prof. Kets de Vries' latest book, The CEO Whisperer: Meditations on Leadership, Life, and Change", published in december 2020. Price: 25 EURO+VAT.
