Thriving Performance: The Science of Belief and Habit Formation | Masterclass with Joey Hubbard & Arianna Huffington | 16:00 - 17:15
In this hour-long session, you’ll learn the latest science of belief and habit formation and explore how your own beliefs and paradigms may be limiting your ability to Thrive. Building on this awareness, you’ll learn how to immediately start turning limiting beliefs into ones that both increase your well-being and take you to new heights of performance.
Going deeper, you’ll engage in exercises and reflections to create new beliefs and habits, and come away with science-backed Microsteps you can incorporate into your work and life today.
Thriving Performance is a master class in moving from awareness to action, allowing participants to explore the barriers that can prevent a thriving culture from taking root. The experience is designed to empower participants to become Thrive ambassadors who are fully equipped to create a thriving culture within their organizations.
At this critical junction in the history of humankind, leaders that are proficient in magical thinking aren’t going to solve our problems. We need leaders who can resist the calls of regression and whose outlook is firmly based in reality. We need reflective leaders who are prepared to make an inward bound journey; who are willing to face their strengths and weaknesses; and who use their own experiences as a developmental tool in order to build new understandings. In other words, we need leaders who pay attention to not only what’s happening above the surface but also what’s happening below the surface.
In this Q & A session with Georgeta Dendrino, Manfred Kets de Vries explores the pitfalls of leadership and the challenges for the professionals who work with senior executives in today’s cyber space environment. He will not only discuss what makes leaders derail but also what can make them more effective.
Participants can buy the prof. Kets de Vries' latest book, The CEO Whisperer: Meditations on Leadership, Life, and Change", published in december 2020. Price: 25 EURO+VAT.
