As a professional association, we assume the role of being a representative voice of the human resources community and undertaking and supporting initiatives that contribute to the development of this industry.
Depending on the identified need, HR Club invites members and partners with relevant expertise to join a working group created to define a point of view of the Association. The conclusions of this approach, validated by the entire HR Club community, are then promoted and sustained through lobbying.
Starting with 2013, HR Club has been a member of the Economic and Social Council, being one of the 15 representative civil society organizations. We hope that in this new quality we can better represent the interests of human resources specialists.
