CEO Power Meetings are annual events organized as part of HR Club National Conferences since 2009, hosting general managers of top national and multinational companies. In order to contribute to consolidating HR's position as a strategic partner in a company, in 2012 we implemented a new event format, where the Human Resources Director is invited together with the CEO to meet the main speaker of the Conference.  

Thus, at the 2012 HR Club National Conference – HRevolution – a CEO Power Dinner took place having as guests the main speaker of the conference, Charles Green, and General Managers and HR Managers of some of the most important companies in Romania.

At the 2013 HR Club National Conference – HR Change Champion – the special CEO Power Breakfast session had Dave Ulrich as guest. 

In 2014, at the HR Club National Conference – HR Times –, the CEO Power Breakfast session was given by Dr Marshall Goldsmith. 

At the 2015 HR Club National Conference, Daniel Pink met the HR managers and their executive directors. 

In 2016, Hal Gregersen, professor at MIT Business School, gave a special session for CEOs in the morning of the HR Innovation Conference. 

At the 2017 HR Club National Conference – HighFuture Conference – the CEO Power Breakfast session was given by Erin Meyer, INSEAD professor.

In 2018, at the HR Club National Conference – EXperience Conference –, the CEO Power Breakfast session was delivered by Josh Bersin, industry analyst and thought leader.
