As a company we are committed to building a culture centered around diversity, equity, inclusion, innovation and growth, that enables our customers, shareholders, people and stakeholders to thrive — wherever they are in the world.
The past two years were important in accelerating our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) journey: Employee Resource Groups (ERG) model and best practices were extended to five initiatives driven by voluntary employee-led groups, organized around a cause: Women’s Impact Network (education, personal & professional development), Diverse Abilities (raising awareness on different types of visible and invisible impairments), Mosaic (Multiculturality), Social Committee (social causes, healthy lifestyle) and Sustainability (responsible behavior). Their mission is to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace while enhancing the professional development of its members, educating other employees, and participating in community outreach activities.
In 2022 we became more intentional in offering the Managing Unconscious Bias Workshop to individual contributors. Aiming to advance the DEI it proved to be an excellent tool to raise awareness on diversity, micro-aggression, biases, and the impact each of us has on creating an inclusive environment. The bridges between the theory and the day-to-day activity turned it into an engaging workshop our employees are eager to attend.
