Renault Romania - Proiectul: "Digital Employee Experience #GRR-DEX"
Technology is changing our lives faster than ever before. We swipe for food, tap for transportation and click for clothing. We put on goggles to see distant worlds, we can create a masterpiece with our finger, and relive our favorite memory with a video. It is only natural that the workplace is adapted to the same standards.
Today, Groupe Renault Romania works with a variety of employees of different generations, different nationalities and who bring their contribution from remote areas, offices or industrial sites, their homes, or even coffee shops – and all of these factors imply different expectations and requirements regarding their employee experience. It was thus very important to build digital programs that balance the needs of the organization with the aspirations of our people and as a result we see the commitment of our employees and an increase in the efficiency of our processes.
Digitizing our processes is a continuous effort and spreads over the entire employee experience, starting with the pre-hiring experience, the recruitment, the hiring stage, on-boarding and then offering our colleagues meaningful work, supportive management, a positive work environment, growth opportunities, leadership development and a way to stay in touch with the company after retirement. It has not only brought a positive influence over the engagement and enablement of our colleagues, but it significantly improved our efficiency as an HR department and as an organization as a whole.

Genpact Europe -Proiectul: "ATTRITION PREDICTIVE TOOL – a Machine Learning engine"
The world evolves at an unprecedented pace. The traditional workplace is changing rapidly and businesses need to constantly adapt and rethink how they support the employees in their career progression and with preferred ways of working.

One of the major problems that every company deals with, irrespective of the industry, is the employee attrition. The concept refers to a gradual loss of employees over time.
We continue to focus on retention and engagement strategies for controlling employee attrition rate.
As our company prides on innovation and transformation, we have developed internally an ATTRITION PREDICTIVE TOOL – a Machine Learning engine that uses analytics in order to forecast attrition, provide patterns over the magnitude & way in which different factors are influencing the employees, and generate pro-active recruitment needs.
Orange Romania - Proiectul: "Meet the Orange Employee Personas"
Traim in era economiei experientelor. Candidatii de azi nu cauta un « job description » ci sunt interesati de calitatea experientei de angajat oferita de jobul respectiv. La Orange am decis sa avem o abordare “human centric”, sa ne cunoastem angajatii ca fiinte complete si complexe, astfel incat cream programe si servicii adaptate nevoilor si personalitatilor diverse din companie.
Am lansat un proiect de cercetare catre toti angajatii care au fost invitati sa raspunda la intrebari despre preocuparile lor in contextul organizatiei dar si in afara ei, despre cum prefera sa invete, sa primeasca informatii, despre ce asteapta de la relatia cu managerul lor sau cu colegii, despre lucrurile care conteaza cu adevarat pentru ei.
Pe baza a peste 1500 de raspunsuri au fost identificate sapte segmente principale de angajati. Insa nu ne-am oprit aici, ci am vrut sa ii cunastem si mai bine, in mediul lor si intr-o zi normala din viata lor. Astfel, 30 de colegi reprezentand toate cele 7 segmente si toate departamentele si regiunile au fost invitati sa participe la inerviuri aprofundate chiar la ei acasa!
Utilizand aceste date am portretizat 7 Employee Personas care acum ne ajuta sa cream programe atractive pentru nevoi diverse.
Banca Transilvania - Proiectul: "BT Con(vention)"
BT Con(vention) este un eveniment curajos si inovator dedicat exclusiv angajatilor, organizat de Banca Transilvania intre 2-5 octombrie 2018 in incinta clubului The Face. Pornind de la tema “Exploram viitorul. Impreuna”, intregul proiect BT Con(vention) a fost gandit ca un festival, care sa contina pe langa componenta de fun si coeziune de echipa si componentele de invatare si responsabilitate sociala. Cel mai provocator proiect din categoria engagement pe care si l-a asumat Directia Resurse Umane: peste 2,500 participanti, 3 sesiuni consecutive, 4 zile, peste 70 de persoane implicate in organizare, peste 10 parteneri strategici ai BT atrasi in proiect, 9 speakeri, 3 scene, 2 zone expo cu interactivitate, 1 zona food, 2 actiuni CSR, 8 luni de pregatire.
Inovarea a constat in faptul ca evenimentul nu a avut o agenda impusa ci participantii au putut alege sa asiste la prezentari sustinute de speakeri recunoscuti pe domeniilor lor (tehnologie, inovatie, actorie/inspiratie, astronomie, parenting, dezvoltare personala, aviatie), sa interactioneze cu doua inteligente artificiale, sa testeze tehnologia VR, sa se implice in campanii de CSR, sa cunoasca colegi talentati in zona expo dedicata lor si sa se relaxeze ascultand muzica Live, dar si muzica de club intr-un Party Powered by Untold.
