HR Best Practices Manual: read details about the Excellence Awards Gala’s most appreciated projects.
The HR Best Practices Manual is an HR Club traditional project, which brings together some of the most exciting HR initiatives of Romanian organizations. The volume reprezents an important resource for all people management professionals, but also for those who are passionate about human resources and wish to pursue a professional career in this area.
The 8th edition was released at the HighFuture Conference, on October 4th, 2017. The latest edition details 24 projects – most appreciated by the jury of HR Club Excellence Awards Gala 2017, the only event in Romania that recognizes and honors excellence in the field. The case studies are structured in 4 sections: recruitment and selection, performance management, learning & development, HR strategy.
