Master Class MAX BLUMBERG – A Fresh Perspective on People Analytics
Although People Analytics has become increasingly mainstream over the past three to four years, many Senior General Managers (SGMs) question how much business value it is really adding.
The fact of the matter is that while some People Analytics techniques like reporting and visualization are essential for meeting an organization’s statutory requirements and guiding operational workforce decisions (such as recruitment and attrition management), they are often less useful for helping SGMs with strategic and commercial decisions because of their focus on tactical non-strategic outcomes.
This Master Class offers a fresh perspective on People Analytics by starting with the strategic requirements of SGMs and sharing a model which cascades these to the HR, line and financial functions.
