We dedicated the first regional seminar of this year to best practices in motivating your employees, as we searched for answers to the following questions: what motivates people? what management style ensures proper employees motivation? how can we align the interests of people to the organization needs?

40 HR Club members, and not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as Continental Hotels, Mex Dej, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Trelleborg Automotive, Romstal. The audience included practitioners (40%) and HR service providers (60%).
