The HR community has chosen its leaders for the next 3 years

The HR professional community in Romania has chosen, through general elections, its new Board of Directors for the 3 year mandate (2015-2018). There have been expressed 202 votes, of which 184 electronically and 18 at the General Members Assembly on April 16th.
The Board of Directors for the 2015-2018 mandate is:
President:
• Radu Mavrodin, HR Director, Oyak – Renault Turkey
Board Members:
• Adela Jansen, HR Director, BRD Groupe Societe Generale
• Andreea Voinea, HR Director, BCR
• Dana Roman (Barbara), Human Resources Manager - Eastern Europe, Tenaris
• Florin-Ioan Petean, Executive Director, Centrul de Dezvoltare Manageriala (CDM)
• Horatiu Cocheci, Senior Manager, Leader HR Consultance, PricewaterhouseCoopers
• Marius Decuseara-Brandenburg, Managing Partner, Trend Consult Romania
The Board offers strategy, direction and purpose to the HR Club Association. Despite their busy agendas as Executives, the board members dedicate time to volunteering in the Association and contributing to the growth of the HR function.
