Description of the event

The last best practices seminar of the year focused on "KPIs in HR Strategies". The event started with the results of the Saratoga survey and continued with a discussion on the KPIs used when designing the HR strategy and on improving the efficiency of the HR processes.

60 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar. The audience included practitioners (80%) and HR service providers (20%).
