Macroeconomic Outlook and the Labor Market After the Boom
It has become a tradition to open HR Club’s annual conference with a leading macroeconomist, setting the stage for discussions on HR trends which, naturally, are closely influenced by economic developments.
On November 17, Share|Care|Dare Conference will open with a keynote speech by an expert known for his clear, balanced, yet straightforward approach to economic issues: Valentin Tataru, Chief Economist at ING Romania.
Valentin will provide an analysis of the key economic trends that will shape the business environment and human resources, including economic growth, inflation, fiscal policy, demographics, and productivity.
We will explore how the labor market is evolving and examine the structural challenges that will define companies’ competitiveness in the years ahead.
How AI Assistants Scale Your Business
Marc Stuhler will show us how his edtech startup, Leaders of AI, has evolved into a hybrid organization made up of people and AI assistants. The company currently has 50 AI assistants in operation, each with its own personnel file, and the team even holds regular feedback sessions with them.
He will share best practices for the effective implementation of AI assistants, including what it takes to reduce company costs, address shortages of specialized talent, and achieve real scalability through AI. He will also reveal why they are now starting to introduce AI managers, which will lead and supervise these assistants in the future.
Marc will build an AI assistant live on stage.
Results of the National Generations@Organizations Research
At the Share|Care|Dare Conference 2025, we launched an important project: Generations@Organizations, with the goal of transforming generational differences from a source of tension into an organizational competitive advantage.
Context:
-
Four generations currently coexist in the workplace, against a backdrop of accelerating economic, social, and technological change.
-
There are strong biases and stereotypes surrounding different generations, reinforced by traditional and social media.
-
Differences between generations are, in practice, insignificant, according to scientific research in the field (special thanks to Andrei Ion for the outstanding material presented at the HR Club Awards 2026).
The working group established three key directions:
-
Generations@Organizations National Research | Objective: to understand perceptions between the generations currently active in Romania;
-
National Communication Campaign | Objective: to reduce existing biases and the surrounding media and social media buzz, based on the research findings;
-
Toolkit of best practices and practical tools for organizations, based on the findings of the national research and international studies | Objectives: to improve collaboration across generations; accelerate intergenerational know-how transfer; and increase leadership effectiveness in diverse teams.
The Human Edge: Talent in the Age of AI
AI is driving the most profound workforce transformation of the century. Around 75% of jobs will need to be fundamentally reimagined by 2030. Moreover, while nearly every company is experimenting with AI, very few achieve tangible impact. To succeed, leaders need to rewire the full enterprise, not just run a few isolated siloes.
People function has the opportunity to drive the required transformation across three dymensions: Frist, it needs to drive operating model rewiring, moving to flatter, outcome-focused human-agent teams. Second, it needs to rewire talent by redesigning roles and reskilling and redeploying workforce for the new ways of working. Third, the People function is critical in driving adoption and scaling, where leadership engagement, change management and upskilling at scale turn AI investment into measurable value.
Additionally, HR can also lead by example, using AI to reinvent itself and its core journeys - from talent acquisition to employee services - to become faster, more efficient and more personalised.
Anxiety Managementul in the AI Era
Technology, including artificial intelligence, is neither inherently good nor bad; its impact depends on how we choose to use it.
In this presentation, Prof. Dr. Daniel David will highlight the mechanisms that support the effective and mindful use of artificial intelligence systems and explore how we can cope with anxiety and uncertainty in this era of digital transformation.
