The first regional seminar of the year took place in Cluj-Napoca. Within this event, the speakers presented some of the best 2010 HR initiatives and projects, awarded within the third edition of the HR Club Excellence Awards Gala. The participants had the opportunity to discuss how to make a merger with minimum impact on employees, how to successfully implement an organizational change project during challenging times and how to implement an effective performance management system.
