Description of the event

The seminar was designed and facilitated by Dr. Lisbeth Claus, Ph.D., SPHR, GPHR, Professor of Global HR at Willamette University, USA. The session focused on three major issues: strategic talent management in multinationals, talent management at regional level with emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe and talent management system design.
