Description of the event

The second regional seminar of the year took place in Timisoara at the end of November. What are the people management and OD decisions taken lately by companies in Romania and how did they help the organizations? This is the question the HR Club guests tried to answer to, by presenting case studies and best practices from their companies.

Participants

This workshop was attended by 60 HR Club members, West HR Club members and their delegates, from companies like Ursus Breweries, Flextronics, Rosko Textil, Alcatel-Lucent, Smithfield Prod. The audience was represented by practitioners (55%), HR service providers (43%) and HR Club executive team members.
