The first seminar of 2011 took place in March and focused on the topic of “Labour Law and Industrial Relations”. The event consisted of a panel made of specialists in labour law and labour relations who discussed about the latest changes in Romanian Labour Code, as well as about other issued raised by participants.

60 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as Praktiker Romania, GDF Suez, IBM Romania, Beiersdorf Romania, OMV Petrom. The audience included practitioners (80%), HR service providers (20%), media representatives and members of the HR Club executive team.
