Description of the event

HR Club organized a new internal seminar on September 22 on the topic of "Compensation and Benefits". The event started with the latest HR Outlook results on HR bugets and compensation & benefits practices and continued with a presentation on total reward trends held by Mirka Straathof - Regional Manager Reward Information Services for Central and Eastern Europe, Hay Group. The second part of this seminar was dedicated to two successful comp&ben projects implemented within organizations active on the Romanian market and to a panel discussion on the findings of the latest salary surveys.

62 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar, from companies such as Sodexo, Ericsson, British American Tobbaco, Beiersdorf, IBM. The audience included practitioners (80%), HR service providers (20%),  members of the HR Club executive team.
