CJUE: Clarificari cu privire la timpul de lucru al salariatilor fara un loc de munca fix sau obisnuit

Relativ recent, Curtea de Justitie a Uniunii Europene a stabilit ca timpul petrecut de angajati de la domiciliul lor si pana la primul client, precum si de la ultimul client inapoi la domiciliu, reprezinta timp de lucru, si, deci, angajatii trebuie sa fie platiti pentru munca prestata pe parcursul acestor deplasari.
Decizia este obligatorie pentru instantele din toate statele membre, insa efectele sale concrete trebuie analizate tinand cont de particularitatile situatiei de fapt deduse CJUE.
