HR Breakfast - Future insights on HR
Based on expert discussions and more than 120,000 HR-specific job advertisements across nine focus countries and various seniority levels, HRForecast* together with the University ESCP in Berlin examined how far HR has adapted to the changing business environment.
The study they conducted provides insights into:
- skill trends and requirements for HR positions since 2017;
- the current state of HR positions;
- how the HR positions will need to change in the future;
- the future orientation of HR departments.
Being able to analyze the different professions all the way down to the skill level, makes their results accurate and unique, helping the HR professionals to prepare better for the future. Also, this should lay the foundation for further analysis in preparing HR for the digital age and evolve even more as a strategic business partner.
Find out more about the result of their study on November 20th, at HR Club.
*For several years HRForecast has been investigating how jobs, industries or even entire markets are changed by the digital revolution. The valuable information on how fields of competence or skill sets are changing and expanding helps them derive very precise assumptions and provide information on how individual job profiles will change in the coming years.
To register for this event, please send an e-mail with your details to anca.toma@hr-club.ro until Monday, November 18th.
The HR Breakfast presentation will be delivered in English and no translation services will be provided.
