ReShape Conference by HR Club
At the beginning of the year we were proposing ReShape Organizations as the "red thread" of HR Club’s 2020 events. Little did we know how necessary and urgent the need for change would be. Few of us imagined the speed at which we were compelled to reshape our organizations.
We are now talking about a new reality and we are striving to develop skills to face the ambiguity and the lack of predictibility; in other words, we are learning to become resilient.
For the moments when we feel we can no longer see "the light at the end of the tunnel", we present to you ReShape Conference: New reality... Work in progress as "a breath of fresh air"; this time, the fresh air is made of ideas, inspiration and energy for future plans and decisions, under 3 sections:
- Plenary sessions: New Ways of Working (Oct. 28) and Agile in the New Context (Oct. 29) with valuable national and international speakers;
- Virtual Expo;
- Coffee Corner Video Rooms.

Mircea Miclea is a professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences and a doctoral coordinator at the doctoral school of Applied Cognitive Sciences. Prof. Miclea is a senior psychologist with extensive experience as a practitioner and trainer in psychotherapy, a chair holder at UBB in several specialized disciplines (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Changes, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy) and a trainer for other courses accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists (e.g. Online Methods of Prevention and Psychotherapy of Anxiety).
Mircea Miclea is the director of Cognitrom, a private research and development centre in the field of psychology, where he has coordinated the development of several innovative platforms for assessment and computerized psychological intervention for children, teenagers and adults used nationally, in public and private institutions. Prof. Miclea is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers published in national and international journals, and a founding member of the scientific journal "Cognition, Brain, Behavior: An Interdisciplinary Journal".
Radu Craciun has +20 work experience in financial markets, currently being the CEO of BCR Pensii and the President of the Romanian Private Pensions Association. Previously he was the Chief Economist and Director of research in Banca Comerciala Romana. During 2014-2016 he was the President of the Romanian Financial and Banking Analysts Association being as well one of its founding members. Starting with 2017 Radu Craciun is an Associate Professor at ASEBUSS. He writes weekly comments on economic and geopolitical topics on his blog www.raducraciun.ro
Mădălina Racovițan is a Partner of KPMG in Romania and Head of the firm’s People Services practice.
Mădălina joined KPMG in 1999. She has developed KPMG’s Global Mobility Services practice over several years and further set-up the People Services function in Romania. The People Services practice now combines the teams of Global Mobility, Immigration Services, Payroll Outsourcing, Employment Law and Human Resources Advisory, who work together to help clients with many different issues related to the management of their human capital. She also coordinated the internal HR function of KPMG in Romania & Moldova where she implemented a series of forward thinking projects which aimed at improving the people experience at KPMG.
Mădălina has developed a particularly strong expertise in labor market related advisory projects and has a strong interest in the Future of Work topic, leading client assignments which aim to assist organizations and their HR functions in navigating throughout the 21st century challenges.
She is an active member of various workgroups, proposing a variety of suggestions and lobby actions for improving the fiscal, immigration and employment framework in Romania. She is also a frequent contributor to specialized publications and active speaker at conferences and events on Future of Work and HR, Reward, Employment and labor market matters. Some of Mădălina’s latest thought leadership work includes leading a labor market study for Confederatia Patronala Concordia, or acting as an expert on European Economic and Social Committee’s section for Employment, Social Affairs and Citizenship, where she contributed to the exploratory opinion on “The changing world of work and the ageing population”.
A 54-year-old Transylvanian native, a keen reader for 50 years, a husband of 31 years, father of 2 artists (1 writer and 1 guitarist), good at all (and skilled in some) organizational development aspects (facilitator, consultant, trainer, coach and others) for 26 years, executive director of the Management Development Center in Cluj for 23 years, member of the board of directors of HR Club for 13 years. I love people, and I want to do more, to contribute to the triving of people and organizations.
Silke Muenster is the Chief Diversity Officer at Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is highly skilled across a range of corporate Research, Culture & People topics, and highly committed to further developing PMI's position as a Leading, Inclusive and Diverse workplace.
Silke joined Philip Morris International in 2011, where she worked as the Director of Market and Consumer Research until 2012, when she became the Vice President for Market Research.
At PMI, she is well-known for her remarkably proactive approach regarding Inclusion & Diversity topics. She has been a leading advocate for an inclusive workplace, demonstrating her ability to inspire change and action ever since she joined PMI. Silke designed and built the "Women's network" at PMI and has been working closely with Senior Vice President for People & Culture, Charles Bendottiand, now VP for I&D, Melissa Whiting on strategies, tactics & programs to increase diversity and inclusion. She has also been a skillful coach and lauded mentor to many of her colleagues during her tenure.
Prior to her time at PMI, Silke spent 12 years in leading research roles at the Coca-Cola Company, four years at Apollinaris & Schweppes and four years at MarbertKosmetik. She began her career at Research International, where she successfully became a Group Manager.
Adam is a core member of BCG People and Organization Practice area, Leadership and Talent Enablement Center (LTEC) and Agile@Scalepractice. He has been with BCG for 10 years, focusing on People and Organizational topics, including Talent Management, HR Excellence, Inclusion & Diversity, Leadership, Smart Simplicity, Cultural Change & Transformation management, Agile and Digital.
As part of his people strategy work Adam has been working on the people and organizational impact of COVID-19 and its role in accelerating several trends of New Ways of Working.

Prior to BCG, Adam worked as a Business Development Manager at GlaxoSmithKline and Roche & as a Research Director at Taylor Nelson Sofres. He is a trained Group Analyst & Scrum master.
Andrea Voinea's name is linked to two of the largest human resources transformations in the Romanian economy, being mandated by Erste Group, shareholder of BCR, and OMV, shareholder of Petrom, to lead the integration and transformation of human resources of the two companies. With extensive international experience, Andreea has worked for companies in London, New York and Brussels, holding positions such as Head of Reward, Group Central Functions at Barclays Plc London; Senior Consultant for Perrin Towers in London, New York and Brussels; as well as the position of Associate Director in the division of Global Equities for Deutsche Bank Securities New York.
Andreea graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and the MBA program of Tulane University, A. B. Freeman School of Business in the United States. Currently, Andreea is President HR Club Romania and is a founding member of the Romanian Education Trust and Romanian Business Club in the UK.
Bjarte Bogsnes has a long international career, both in Finance and HR. He is a pioneer in the Beyond Budgeting movement, and has been heading up the implementation of Beyond Budgeting at Equinor (formerly Statoil), Scandinavia’s largest company. He led a similar initiative in Borealis in the mid-nineties, one of the companies that inspired the Beyond Budgeting model.
Equinor realized that traditional leadership and management practices no longer work in today’s competence organizations operating in business environments more complex, dynamic and unpredictable than ever. The company implemented innovative alternatives to traditional management, like abolishing traditional budgets and calendar-based management in favour of more decentralized, agile and human processes.
Bjarte is Chairman of Beyond Budgeting Roundtable (BBRT). He is a popular international business speaker and is the winner of a Harvard Business Review/McKinsey Management Innovation award. Bjarte is also author of "Implementing Beyond Budgeting - Unlocking the Performance Potential", where he writes about his almost twenty-five years long Beyond Budgeting journey.
Alex is the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s Bucharest office and is leading the firm’s Digital & Analytics practice in Central and Eastern Europe. He has almost 15 years of consulting experience and has coordinated several multi-annual digital and Agile programs in leading institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, which included digitization of customer journeys, implementing AA models for better customer retention and Agile methodology adoption.
Evgeny specializes in Agile and Digital transformations, having led multiple programs at leading organizations spanning the Banking, Insurance, and Retail industries across Europe, CIS and recently Asia. He has accumulated first-hand experience in both designing the organizational blueprint and deploying Agile@Scale for both digital-native players, as well as regional and global players.
With nearly 20 years in executive human resources management roles, Carmen Dumitrache is a professional with extensive experience in a large aray of industries such as technology and IT, consultancy and outsourcing, medical, but also in the NGO field. Her previous position with Ericsson Telecommunications, as HR Business Partner - Global Support Center, involved responsibility for the activities deployed in seven countries. Thus, she owns valuable skills related to managing teams and projects located in several countries. Carmen holds a degree in medicine and a Romanian-Canadian MBA in marketing. She has consistently completed her formal education by regularly attending courses throughout her career.
Gianni Giacomelli serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Genpact. In this role, Gianni drives and sponsors Genpact’s strategic initiatives aimed at sustaining clients’ transformation as digitally enabled companies. These initiatives include design-driven digital transformation initiatives and methods that take into account the human and organizational side of technological change.
Gianni also plays a leading innovation role in Genpact’s initiative with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to establish a Collective Intelligence Design Lab aimed at exploring and designing combined people-machine groups that are able to generate radical innovation.
He is widely published and quoted, and is a frequent speaker at trade conferences. Gianni has authored several scientific papers in collaboration with MIT researchers and is an active blogger on digital and workplace topics.
In addition to leading many of Genpact’s portfolio extensions leveraging technology and analytics, Gianni chaired and launched Genpact’s Research Institute and was one of the main architects of the revolutionary Lean Digital approach intended to harness the power of digital technology in business operations.
Gianni joined Genpact in 2010 to lead New Product Innovation and also served as Chief Marketing Officer for three years.
Shibu Nambiar, Chief Operating Officer, Genpact Europe is a strong professional with over 20 years of experience in the digital services industry, covering various roles in operations, project management and service delivery.
He started his Genpact journey 20 years ago as a Process Associate, successfully performing in various roles in multiple geographies. Currently he is the Chief Operating Officer for Europe, accepting the challenge of building a growth ecosystem for over 10000+ team members in 15 delivery locations, providing business process management, consulting services across a range of industries and successful crisis management within tough times.
During current circumstances of the unprecedented crisis and worldwide pandemics Shibu has dedicated an important part of his time focusing on people and tightening the connection with both Europe teams and clients. According to Shibu, if an organization takes good care of its people, then its clients will automatically be taken care of.
Jeanne Meister is Managing Partner & Founder of Future Workplace, an HR Advisory & membership firm educating HR leaders on what’s next in working and learning. Future Workplace provides peer networks, online courses and research preparing HR leaders for the future workforce and workplace.
Future Workplace received the Gold Brandon Hall Award for excellence in the design of their first five week online course entitled Using AI 4 HR to Enhance The Employee Experience. Jeanne is the receipt of Distinguished Contribution in Workplace Learning Award, given to one HR executive each year by Association for Talent Development (ATD). This award honors Jeanne’s body of work in preparing executives for the future of work. Jeanne is also the receipt of the Colin Corder Award for Outstanding Achievement in Workplace Learning by The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI).
Jeanne was named one of the Top HR Experts to Watch in 2020 by People Managing People Magazine, and one of Top 100 HR Tech Influencers for 2019. Jeanne was previously Vice President of Market Development at Accenture and is a member of Excelsior College Board of Trustees.
Mihaela is the Country HR Manager, Coca-Cola HBC Romania since 2016. An HR leader, passionate about growing organizations by partnering with the business and nurturing an open, collaborative and high performing culture. Track record in Shared Services environment, Operations, Sales and Management Consulting. Her story is about connecting the dots, bringing together experiences which did not seem related at the time, but so relevant now, in her HR role. She sees her career as a discovery and is grateful to learn from leaders who inspire her and offer the space she needs to grow.
Internally Certified Coach (ICF Program), Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and holds an MBA degree.

Depending on the type of HR Club membership and the chosen option, the participation fees are as follows:
5% for a minimum of 5 participants;
10% for a minimum of 10 participants.
Even if we moved our Conference online, we were simply not able to imagine it without the live atmosphere in the lobby and the conversations during the coffee breaks.
