Acest raport face o analiza ampla a rezultatelor unui studiu desfasurat la nivelul UE 27, precum si in Elvetia, Croatia, Norvegia si Turcia, pe baza a 36.000 de interviuri telefonice, pe tema sanatatii si securitatii in munca, cu acent pe riscurile ce afecteaza locurile de munca in prezent. Printre subiectele abordate se regasesc: monitorizarea SSM in Europa, managementul SSM, riscurile ce pot aparea in acest domeniu, riscurile psiho-sociale, oportunitati si amenintari ale managementului SSM, sau implicarea angajatilor in problemele specifice.
