Acest raport prezinta principalele concluzii ale unui studiu efectuat in primavara anului 2010 de Roland Berger, in Croatia, cu privire la masurile de restructurare a companiilor. Datele obtinute sunt raportate la informatiile valabile la nivel global in urma unor studii corespunzatoare pentru perioada 2009-2010, ce au relevat o tendinta de revenire economica. Prin comparatie, masurile luate de companiile din Croatia tin in continuare cont de existenta crizei economice si de necesitatea de reducere a costurilor.
