Acest studiu a fost realizat in 2004 de CIPD asupra unui numar de 594 manageri generali, manageri de resurse umane, precum si ai altor departamente functionale, cu privire la procesul de reorganizare prin care organizatiile din care fac parte au trecut la un moment dat. El cuprinde opiniile acestora in legatura cu: implicatiile procesului de reorganizare, obiectivele si rezultatele sale, responsabilizarea echipei in a carei sarcina se regaseste aceasta activitate, perspectiva angajatilor, comunicarea cu detinatorii de interese din afara organizatiei, aspectele cheie ce fac diferenta intre o reorganizare esuata si una de succes, precum si caracteristicile particulare ale punerii in practica a procesului in diferite contexte.
