Working conditions for temporary workers

Aceasta directiva, cu numarul 2008/104/EC, a Parlamentului European si a Consiliului din 19 noiembrie 2008 vizeaza aspecte specifice tipului de munca temporara. Ea stabileste un cadru general aplicabil la conditiile de munca ale angajatilor temporari din cadrul Uniunii Europene. Scopul directivei este de a se asigura ca angajatii temporari se bucura de un nivel minim de protectie, de tratament nediscriminatoriu in raport cu personalul cu contract pe durata nedeterminata, precum si de a contribui la dezvoltarea sectorului de munca temporara ca o optiune flexibila pentru angajatori si angajati deopotriva.
