System for the recognition of professional qualifications

Aceasta Directiva comuna a Parlamentului si Consiliului European din 2005 vizeaza recunoasterea calificarilor profesionale ale angajatilor pe intreg spatiul european. Ea promoveaza un sistem de recunoastere a calificarilor profesionale, cu scopul de a face mai flexibile pietele muncii din statele membre, de a creste gradul de liberalizare a pietei de prestari de servicii, de a incuraja recunoasterea automata a calificarilor si simplificarea procedurilor administrative.
