Acest raport prezinta principalele concluzii ale unui studiu realizat de CIPD in 2003 cu privire la perceptia managerilor generali si a managerilor de resurse umane despre procesul de reorganizare. El stabileste obiectivele acestei activitati, in comparatie cu rezultatele atinse in practica organizationala, analizeaza rolul specialistilor de resurse umane in desfasurarea procesului, impactul asupra angajatilor, principalele influente interne si externe ce pot afecta rezultatele acestuia, si nu in ultimul rand, prezinta cateva metode de reorganizare ale companiilor atat din sectorul public, cat si cel privat.
