Obligation to inform employees of applicable working conditions

Aceasta directiva a Consiliului Uniunii Europene numarul 91/533/EEC din 14 octombrie 1991 impune angajatorilor obligatia de a informa angajatii in legatura cu conditiile aplicabile raportului de munca stabilit intre ei. Directiva se aplica tuturor angajatilor platiti prin intermediul unui contract sau unui alt raport de munca dintr-un stat membru al Uniunii. Aceasta stabileste punctele fundamentale care trebuie sa fie comunicate in cazul angajatilor de pe piata interna si, respectiv, al celor expatriati. De asemenea, precizeaza mijloacele autorizate de transmitere a informatiilor si termenele in care informatiile trebuie sa fie comunicate.
