Policy plan on legal migration

Acest document oficial, intocmit de Comisia Europeana, are drept scop reglementarea unei politici comune la nivel european privind migrarea legala a diferitelor categorii profesionale de angajati. El propune masuri concrete pentru a fi aplicate de toate statele membre, care sa favorizeze formele legale de angajare si sa descurajeze munca la negru. Aceste masuri sunt enumerate prin intermediul unei directive generale si a altor patru directive specifice, corespunzatoare: angajatilor calificati, muncitorilor sezonieri, detasatilor in cadrul filialelor de multinationale si beneficiarilor unor internshipuri platite.
