Lege nr. 200/2006 privind constituirea si utilizarea Fondului de garantare pentru plata creantelor salariale, din 22/05/2006. Versiune actualizata la data de 01/01/2008. Actul include modificarile din urmatoarele acte: Rectificarea publicata in MOF nr. 532 din 20/06/2006, O.U.G. nr. 91/2007 publicata in MOF nr. 671 din 01/10/2007
