Lege nr. 130/1999 (r1) privind unele masuri de protectie a persoanelor incadrate in munca, din 20/07/1999. Republicata in Monitorul Oficial, Partea I nr. 190 din 20/03/2007. Legea nr. 130/1999 a fost publicata initial in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 355 din 27 iulie 1999.
