Lege nr. 130/1996 privind contractul colectiv de munca, din 16/10/1996. Versiune actualizata la data de 19/03/2004. Actul include modificarile din urmatoarele acte: Codul muncii publicat in MOF nr. 72 din 05/02/2003 si O.U.G. nr. 9/2004 publicat? in MOF nr. 246 din 19/03/2004.
