Actul include modificarile din urmatoarele acte: Legea nr. 480/2003, Legea nr. 541/2003, O.U.G. nr. 65/2005, Legea nr. 241/2005, Legea nr. 371/2005, O.U.G. nr. 55/2006, Legea nr. 94/2007, Legea nr. 237/2007, Legea nr. 202/2008 publicat? în MOF nr. 728 din 28/10/2008 si O.U.G. nr. 148/2008 publicat? în MOF nr. 765 din 13/11/2008.
