ReShape Organizations Masterclass Series: Dave Ulrich, June 10, 2020
We have been talking for years about the "future of work" and the "VUCA World", but the magnitude of the defining elements (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) has never been bigger, and we have not taken into account the speed of the changes that are influencing our current reality. The unprecedented extension of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about extraordinary changes upon the way we work. For many of us, our working space and our home have become one and the same thing, while those who cannot work remotely are taking drastic safety measures.
It's getting clearer and clearer, for all of us, that that we will not go back where we were before the pandemic breakout. Many of the measures we have adopted forced by the circumstances deserve to be kept. We have been learning a lot during these times and we still have much to learn.
ReShape Organizations Masterclass Series is a series of masterclass-like sessions delivered by prestigious HR and business personalities that we are proposing for the next period, in order to acquire together those "hard skills" that we will need in the new organizational reality.
