Acest articol abordeaza problema disciplinei la locul de munca si a plangerilor venite din partea angajatilor. El face o introducere pe urmatoarele subiecte: procedurile ce reglementeaza aceste probleme in relatiile de munca, legislatia in vigoare ce trebuie respectata, politici si practici in materie de respectare a disciplinei si trimitere a plangerilor si, nu in ultimul rand, punctul de vedere oficial al CIPD.
