Safeguarding employees' rights in the event of transfers of undertakings

Aceasta Directiva a Consiliului European din 2001 vizeaza asigurarea respectarii drepturilor salariatilor in cazul transferului de companii, unitati sau parti ale companiilor sau ale unitatilor. Scopul acestei directive este de a proteja angajatii in cazul schimbarii angajatorului, in special de a le proteja drepturile detinute anterior. In plus, ea subliniaza drepturile si obligatiile celor doua tipuri de companii angajatoare implicate intr-un proces de transfer al afacerii.
