Credem ca activitatea bancara va deveni mai usoara si mai simpla in viitor, sustinuta de tehnologie, educatie si informatii. De aceea, CareerUp vine sa ii ajute pe colegi sa se familiereze si mai multe cu tehnologia si sa tina pasul cu schimbarile din industrie.
Proiectul « CareerUP » a fost creat pentru a sustine dezvoltarea abilitatilor si cunostintelor necesare in vederea pregatirii pentru rolurile care implica interactiunea cu clientii bancii din Front Office si Contact Center. El ofera o bibliografie atent selectata care contine un mix de cursuri, misiuni, materiale video si audio, articole, din mai multe surse, puse impreuna intr-un nou format.
Programul se bazeaza pe studiu individual: fiecare coleg poate alege momentul in care invata si prioritatile care i se potrivesc. Materialele pot fi accesate oricand, oriunde si de pe orice dispozitiv. Conceptul cuprinde una sau doua etape (in functie de complexitatea rolului pentru care colegii aleg sa se pregateasca). Inscrierea in program este voluntara si se bazeaza pe dorinta fiecaruia de a urma un anumit parcurs de cariera in cadrul BCR si pe un plan de dezvoltare agreat cu managerul.
Ceea ce aduce nou programul CareerUP este ca pune la indemana un ecosistem de dezvoltare prin stabilirea unei curricule complexe, ecosistem care permite accesarea tuturor cursurilor dintr-un singur loc, unificand toate platformele si resursele de invatare si dezvoltare disponibile in BCR si nu numai. In plus sustine strategia de a transforma procesul traditionat de invatare, tip « Push », in cel de tip « Pull » lansandu-i angajatului decizia de a se implica in procesul de invatare si dezvoltare.
Strong leaders are the key for the success of a company and by investing in them we ensure that all our people will be engaged and motivated to continue helping us to deliver results and stay competitive. GROW is a leadership program based on a 10-month micro-learning concept and on the daily needs of OMV Petrom Leaders. GROW program isn’t a training, not an externally driven leadership development exercise. GROW program is a practice of new ways of working, a personal help for leaders to manage own life and teams better, an opportunity to simplify things at OMV Petrom and to use diverse set of customized tools for a better work experience.
What was the main GROW objective? To gather full leadership team together in the same program to create a joint commitment and to increase common understanding and practice of three key leadership skills:
- Simplify the organization & save time
- Develop & empower people
- Collaboration
We chose to focus on these three after several assessments and interviews with many of our leaders. It was basically from these discussions that the program was born and kept being shaped by all our leaders. We believe that the way we change and we behave will influence others to follow us.
At the same time, through the cross-divisional approach, GROW is a platform that creates synergies between leaders and the divisions they represent, leveraging on and benefiting from the collective intelligence. Participants can discover different perspectives and to improve the networking with colleagues from other parts of the organization in their Peer Circle. Each peer circle is supported by one dedicated Guide, part of the implementation team, to ensure a structured and unitary approach along the learning journey, while creating a safe private space to facilitate sharing of experiences and practices.
While having a unitary program approach, each leader has the chance to build their personal path of progress. Through the individual Behavior Mirror (the tool where leaders’ direct reports offer feedback), launched 4 times along the program, leaders can identify specific skills to be improved, track their progress, and reflect upon new ways of working.
The main idea behind this program is to find new ways to develop ourselves as leaders and to help our teams grow as well. GROW program aims to use everything that is best on the market: from personalized content to micro-learning sessions, to peer groups, learning cycles and customized tools.
Campus is NN’s annual companywide soft skills event with already 3 years of tradition in the company. Under the “Keep learning, keep growing” tagline, the event delivers a mix of different learning experiences targeting specific development themes to all NN Romania employees. Campus is meant to foster our learning culture, to spotlight and explore the most important development topics needed to support the business strategy and, last but not least, to act as an internal social learning event that connects the team and creates a sense of belonging.
How was Campus build? The format of the Campus event was designed internally around specific development themes and the learning programs were delivered by external providers. As a result, a whole “ecosystem” of learning interventions was built through mindset events - inspirational speeches (learning through storytelling), webinars; skillset interventions - workshops, follow up actions, individual missions. All with the purpose to engage, build awareness and generate both reflections and practical take aways for further behavioral changes.
The content was split in shots and phased in time such as to allow time to reflect and practice. Some of the interventions were split for managers and individual contributors, while others were common, with participation based on self-enrolment, turning Campus into a learning “marketplace” where each employee can choose the opportunities that fit best.
