Ubisoft Romania, liderul industriei locale de gaming, cu aproape 2.000 de angajati in doua studiouri, a dezvoltat o solutie inovativa pentru o problema de recrutare des intalnita – nevoia de a angaja un numar mare de Game Testeri intr-un interval scurt de timp.
Am vrut sa ne diferentiem in randul companiilor care tintesc acelasi profil – tineri care sa fi terminat liceul, sa stie bine limba engleza si sa fie pasionati de gaming. Am reusit prin aplicarea insight-urilor acumulate despre ei – sunt pragmatici, ancorati in prezent si in concret, cauta realism si autenticitate in interactiuni. Ceea ce le-am si oferit la Comic Con, unde am adaptat procesul de recrutare pentru pozitia de Game Tester la contextul evenimentului si l-am pus in practica. Vizitatorii puteau sa isi inceapa o cariera in game development chiar acolo, daca treceau cu succes toate probele.
Am obtinut o rata de conversie de 12 ori mai mare si o viteza de angajare de 2.5 ori mai mare decat benchmark-ul. In plus, initiativa a intarit imaginea de angajator si a generat engagement record cu Ubisoft Romania.

This strategy enabled our continuous growth in the last years and brought us the title of the most desired employer in Sibiu, contribution also to being the most desired engineering employer on country level.
Kaufland a revolutionat sistemul de recrutare pentru Generatia Z, devenind primul retailer care a deschis un magazin in jocul GTA FiveM. Brandul a invitat tinerii sa exploreze si sa testeze in cadrul jocului meserii reale din Kaufland, precum: ingrijitor de cladiri, lucrator comercial, manager de raion, casier sau chiar director de magazin.
Pentru a ajunge la un target atat de tanar, neinteresat sa invete despre joburile din retail, am lansat campania la cea mai cunoscuta conferinta de gaming din Romania, ComicCon. Iar trainerii clasici din compania noastra au fost inlocuiti de unii dintre cei mai cunoscuti streameri de gaming din tara noastra.
