When we look at 123 competencies of HR professionals around the world, there is nine domains: strategy, personal action through paradox, through three strategic enablers around culture and change, human capital curator and the management of total rewords. Three foundational basics: compliance - getting the day to day work done well, analytics and design interpreter and technology and media integrator. That, for us, is the competence picture of what HR should look like going forward.
